FIFA Ranking For Qatar 2022 Qualified Nations
FIFA World Cup 2022, which is some few months away from now, will be hosted by Qatar, as the federation has done ranking for qualified nations.
FIFA has however ranked countries or teams that have stood for slots in the 2022 World Cup. Out of many teams that took part in the qualifiers, only 32 have been ranked by FIFA.
Below are teams qualified for the world cup and positioned according to FIFA’s standards for ranking.
From first ten on the FIFA ranking list, we have Brazil, Belgium, France, Argentina, England, Spain, Portugal, Mexico and Netherlands, Denmark respectively – 1 to 10.
The second set of ten, Germany, Uruguay, Switzerland, USA, Croatia, Wales, Senegal, Iran, Japan, Morocco respectively have been ranked from 11th to 20th.
Teams Serbia, Poland, Korea Republic, Costa Rica, Tunisia, Cameroon, Canada, Australia, Ecuador and Saudi Arabia have been ranked 21st to 30th respectively.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup host nation, Qatar has secured 31st position, leaving Ghana at the bottom as 32nd and 60th ranked team.
