Okudzeto Ablakwa’s FFB Distributes Furniture To Schools Ahead Of Resumption Dates (+PHOTOS)
Okudzeto Ablakwa’s Furniture and Footwear Bank (FFB) distributes furniture to schools ahead of reopening dates.
The Furniture and Footwear Bank (FFB) established by the Member of Parliament (MP) for North Tongu, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has started distribution of desks to schools before the reopening date.
According to the office of the MP, the aim for establishing this bank is to ease school activities, especially those that take place in the classroom. The bank will be ready all the time to provide desks to schools whenever they need them. This will do away with delay in getting seating issues in classrooms solved as quickly as possible.
The MP’s office also indicates that, the bank will serve as a place where footwear will be stocked and be made available to all school going children, who for some reasons cannot afford shoes for school.
As the distribution of the furniture to schools have started, volunteers are assisting with the distribution to schools in the towns and villages in North Tongu District/Constituency.
